Refund Policy

At GriffithsGrails, we sell second-hand clothing and reworked items meaning that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are not obligated to offer returns/refunds on the basis of the customer changing their mind.

CONDITION RETURNS

We clearly state any major flaws. As our items are all second hand we may miss the occasional minor mark when quality checking our products. If the item you receive is very different to how we have described it then you are obliged to receive a refund upon an order being returned back to us. In order to receive your refund please drop us an email at griffithsgrails@gmail.com stating the problem and providing any proof necessary. We will check your request before approving it.

SIZING RETURNS

Please understand we do not offer refunds for sizing issues. We include all sizing and measurements in the items description. With vintage items sizing may change to what it was sold as many years ago, as a result we may add a recommended size into the items description. We can however offer a refund for human error involved with our sizing. This may be things such as providing clearly inaccurate measurements or identifying the wrong size of an item. 

HOW QUICKLY MUST I RETURN MY ORDER?

We have a 14 days returns policy. This means that upon receiving your item you have 14 days to put a request in and return the item back to us. Any requests sent in after 14 days will be ignored.

Your item MUST be returned back in its original condition that you received it in. Any items that are sent back to our HQ without requesting a refund will not be processed for a refund.

If we receive an item back that is not returned in original condition is therefore not valid to receive a refund. All items must be sent back in original packaging with appropriate extras that may have been sent with the order. Upon examining we will then issue the required refund.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly damaged, marked, smells of smoke, or is any condition that we identify as making the item 'unsaleable'.

The refund will be sent back to the original card used upon purchase. Please understand that there may be a delay between us sending your refund and the buyer receiving the refund back. Some banks may delay the payment upon them processing it.

You are responsible for any shipping costs involved upon returning the item back to us. If an item is lost in transit then we will not be able to give you a refund. As a result we recommend sending the item tracked and insured to the appropriate cost of the goods.

All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipping.
